Ackerman Insurance Agency opened its doors in 2005. Since then we have been dedicated to providing affordable and reliable auto, home, commercial, life, and health insurance to Southwest Montana. Ted Ackerman is New West Health's preferred agent for Southwest Montana but also is affiliated with Farmers, Assurant Health, and other surplus lines for commercial liability.

Located in the historic Thornton Buiding in uptown Butte, Ackerman Insurance is an active member of our local chamber of commerce and supports many local community activities. As a former teacher at Butte High, Ted Ackerman participates regularly in activities to benefit Butte schools as well as many other programs that benefit Butte and the surrounding area.
